HUB24 adds high-profile PMs to entry-level | Australian Markets

HUB24 has added 5 new portfolio managers to its Discover menu, with Dimensional, State Street, Russell, Infinity, and MLC becoming a member of the simplified investor platform.

Advisers and their shoppers will now have entry to portfolios from 13 portfolio managers (PMs), together with AZ Sestante, Betashares, Blackrock/iShares, Elston, Lonsec, Morningstar, Vanguard, and Zenith, as well as to the 5 new PMs, via Discover.

Discover boasts a choice of 66 investment portfolios, together with passive, lively, and ESG managed investment choices, supplied by these established asset managers.

Launched in late November, Discover is designed for buyers with much less complicated investment wants and with cost-efficiency in thoughts. The resolution’s investment menu is geared in the direction of early-stage wealth accumulators – these with smaller super and investment balances – and later-stage retirees.

Discover enhances HUB24’s more complete investment platforms Core and Choice, which offer a fuller suite of investment choices.

HUB24 chief working officer Craig Lawrenson stated Discover was designed “in response to the growing demand from advisers seeking a cost-effective solution that offers choice and flexibility”.

“Based on adviser feedback, we’ve now identified more opportunities to expand our range of managed portfolios to 66, nearly doubling the available options.”

He added: “Demographic trends, such as intergenerational wealth transfer and ageing populations, are providing opportunities for advisers to evolve their advice proposition to meet the needs of a diverse range of clients.”

HUB24 is amongst Australia’s main digital investment platforms, with more than $120.9 billion in funds underneath administration (as at 31 December 2024).
