Aus Ethical appoints seasoned finserv exec to | Australian Markets

The board of Australian Ethical Investment has appointed seasoned financial companies govt, Brian Bissaker, as an impartial Non-Executive Director.

The appointment can be Bissaker’s third position on a board, as he at the moment serves on the boards of MetLife Insurance Australia and IMB Bank.

Bissaker brings over three many years in financial companies and consulting, with earlier roles together with CEO of Colonial First State, CEO of Virgin Money and Group Executive of Bank of Queensland.

Bissaker’s appointment acts as a substitute for Mara Bún, who departed the Australian Ethical Investment board in October final 12 months after 10 years as a Non-Executive Director.
